It was a pleasure to speak with Jeff a year ago as the book was in the making, as we were still doing research at MIT, to share our views about heat island effects and heatwaves in cities and our understanding of the Parisian context. Today, we are pleased that the author considers initiatives like Roofscapes as part of the solution for scalable passive cooling.
